What is Sensual Embodiment?
Sensual embodiment is the practice of inhabiting your body fully. It is the art of feeling; of tuning into sensation, breath, rhythm, and subtle internal cues.
It asks you to slow down, to listen, and to experience your body not as something to control, but as something to be in relationship with.
Within this method, sensual embodiment is the gateway. It softens the noise of the outside world and brings you back into your own internal landscape; where power, intuition, and truth already live.
What is Sensual Strength?
Sensual strength is the expression of power that is rooted in presence. It is the union of effort and ease, and grace, structure and flow. It allows you to build strength without disconnecting from your body without overriding your needs or pushing past your limits (unless you’re feeling spicy in the moment - do you!).
